Only documents which are necessary to ensure compliance with various legislative provisions are included in our Registers, so as to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs on our clients’ behalf.
	Our legal support services continue even after registration of your Company, or preparation of your Trust at no additional charge for a period of 12 months.
	We also provide the following services, to assist our clients in the operation of their businesses: If a request for registration of a company, or the preparation of trust deeds is received before 2.00pm , we will register the company and /or prepare the relevant deeds and deliver the documents on the day they have been ordered at no cost to our clients. Where a request is received after 2.00pm , we will register the company and /or prepare the relevant deeds and deliver the documents the next day. In the case of an urgent request for the preparation of documents, we will deliver the same day, at no extra cost. If a request for registration is received before 3.45 pm , we will provide you with the company’s ACN number on the same day. We will attend to stamping of all deeds for our clients at no additional cost. The personal attention to your request by the team at exelco is structured in such a way so as to ensure that all documents requested by our clients will be delivered at no additional cost, within 24 hours of a request being made.
